About Us:

Llew Ramsey and Elaine Main hold the prestigious ABR, CRS, GRI and RRS designations. Llew is Past President of the Carteret County Association of Realtors, Past Realtor of the Year, and her team has consistantly been the top Team in Realty World of the Carolinas. She is on the First Citizens Bank Board of Directors and is a Past Director of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce. Elaine is on the board at Palm Suites and is a past officer of Crystal Coast WCR.

Linda Kenan, a former top agent with Century 21, is now affiliated with The Selling Team. We welcome her and look forward to meeting her clients and customers.

Kristine Griffin is our buyer's agent and a great asset to The Team.

Tammy Main and Kim Heugal are our back office with Tammy being a licensed broker, GRI, ABR, RRS and notary. Tammy is a graduate of Converse College. Kim is the mother of two grown sons and is in charge of listings and does all of our photography. She also participates in 5K runs.
