Here’s what you need to know. The easiest way to tour the Parade is to obtain a catalogue.
Look at your areas of interest, make a plan, map your plan, pack snacks, and your camera.
They will allow you to take pictures in the models. Lots of folks are idea shopping, they get that.
Should you fill out the registration cards? Depends. If you do, you will get called.
If you find your dream home, STOP. Remember, the on-site agents represent the seller, not you, and in many cases the person in the home is just Parade of Homes hostess. Please contact your Buyer’s Agent for assistance.

September 25-27 at Prestonwood Country Club
Once a year Cary, NC becomes a golf destination when hosting the SAS Championship Senior PGA
Tournament at the Prestonwood Country Club.
As an addicted golfer I attend yearly. The level of play is awesome especially through the eyes of someone new to the game. The players are gracious and interact with the crowds. Last year I was particularly impressed to see the pros play 18 holes come of the course and proceed to the practice green. I guess that’s why they get paid to play golf and I pay to play!
If you haven’t attended in the past it’s a family-friendly environment, easy access, and well organized.

Cary NC Highland Oaks homes for sale, location is their middle name! On my tour of Cary NC today I'm taking a drive down High House Road. High House Rd. intersects Davis Drive, Cary Parkway, and eventually Maynard Rd. Maynard Rd is a loop that wraps around Cary. So when it was announced that a neighborhood of executive high-end homes was going to be build off High House Road between Cary Parkway and Maynard Road most real estate agents were ecstatic. What an awesome location! Brilliant, a neighborhood built right in the heart of Cary between two main thoroughfares.
Then came the models, that’s all they needed, each Cary NC Highland Oaks home for sale was better than the next. The lots were done with the right amount of woods left between and a creek running through the middle of the community.
Capping off this neighborhood is its crowning jewel, the resident’s club. The pool area is laced with columns, trellises, a fireplace, and plenty of tables with umbrellas. While moving to Cary NC is a big decision Highland is one place that makes it an easy decision.
