For these Fort Myers Real Estate investors, first time buyers, these relocating, the news is big. The new site has been approved by The Lee County Board of County Commissioners. Done deal.
The site is located on Daniels Parkway near Southwest Florida International Airport. The total cost will be in the upper $80 million and will have over 9900 seats. It will be a state of the art complex and will resemble the overall style of famed Fenway Park.
As shown on the map many areas will profit from this move. Communities like Gateway,Pelican Reserve, Fiddlestick, the Club at Renaissance, Legends Gold and Country Club, but also the whole area of South Fort Myers with communities such as Laguna, Calusa Palms, Sail Harbor and even as far as Iona, the Historical District along Mac Gregor, to Fort Myers Beach, Palms Isles, Gulf Harbor and all the way to South West and East Cape Coral, San Carlos, Estero and Bonita Springs. Just jump on I-75 and boom you are there.

As the recession winds down and the economy and housing market stabilize, I am receiving calls and emails about the best areas in Fort Myers for both good living and good investment.
