Board of Directors Meeting - Wednesday, February 1st in the Potomac Club Ballroom. Board Business Meeting begins at 5:30PM. Resident Forum will be held after the open session of the Board meeting, approximately 6:30PM. The Board will go into Executive Session at 7PM.
The resident forum portion of the meeting will begin at approximately 6:30PM after the Board conducts its public session actions, through approximately 7PM.
All residents interested in addressing the Board must sign up online at www.lansdownehoa.com:
Residents may also sign up at the Potomac Club front desk prior to the meeting date. You must be signed up to speak before 4PM the day of the Board meeting. Residents who sign up will each have three minutes to address the Board during the resident forum.
The Budget and Finance Committee Meeting scheduled for today at 6:30PM has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
The Lansdowne Conservancy Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 1st, 3PM at the Lansdowne Village Greens Clubhouse located at 19501 Promenade Drive.
Saftey and Security Alert - Please be aware that there have been two reports in the community regarding an unknown subject removing packages that were delivered to residence homes. The first occurred on Creek Field Circle, the second on Riverpoint Drive in the vicinity of the kayak launch.
