Need Seller with Plaza (mini mall) for sale

It has been some time since my last entry. My husband is now in the last stages of cancer and life has changed completely. Real estate is still keeping me in the active life...however, my listings are not moving.

Anyone out there have any small plazas on the market within a 20 to 30 mile radius from Boston (N.H. and MA) ? I have a Buyer who is looking to invest. All must be fully leased, price range is negotiable. Contact me if interested. lanoble@weichertdunhill.com

Hello Again

Hi All..I've been away for awhile...my husband has been having more cancer treatments called "cyberknife" it has been amazing as to how this robot works..if anyone wants to know about it call the "Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital" in Brookline/Boston, MA. (Dr. Stewart Berman). So far this is the only hospital in Massachusetts that has this treatment...it works! You can email me anytime and I will be happy to discuss it with you. Have a great day! Better Market

The real estate market seems to have picked up and I am looking forward to better times....I finally had quite a bit of interest in a house that is definetly priced right, but has been overlooked because of the current events of the stock market etc. A big help was the weather! It is absolutely amazing what a difference it makes if it is a beautiful sunny day..it leaves clients more optimistic about life in general and puts them in a better mood for buying..life is good....keep in mind that you can't frown if you're smiling. A Tribute to a friend

After having such a wonderful time at our reunion the saddest thing happened ..one of our committee members went into the hospital and passed away just five days later. There were over 300 hundred at her funeral and the most amazing thing was that all 300 said that she was there best friend. What a wonderful testament to Sue's life. She died very young, but left a her mark on all who knew her. Here is to you my dear friend. Lucille Noble lnoble@weichertdunhill.com
