I have been a loan officer for over six years providing my customers with exceptional service. The twenty five years of experience in customer service has helped me realize that listening to my customers and asking questions is the best way to learn about them and their goals.

I have built a clientele of satisfied customers over the years by using a very simple philosophy, "make it easy for the customer". Education & empowering the consumer is a way of life with me. I keep my customers as well as my referral partners educated on the market and the latest changes. Approximately 90% of my client base has been built from referrals from business partners and networking.

Building strong referral partners is the key to success and happiness. I believe in my partners and know that when I refer someone to them, they will be taken care of to the point that they will be WOW!. I treat my customers and referral partners the same way I would want to be treated. I return phone calls & e-mails promptly. I deliver exactly what I promise.

The company I work for has strong capital, strong liquidity & strong earnings. We are not greedy and do not get involved in exotic dealings, we leave that for the larger banks. The best thing about PrimeLending is the company takes care of it's employees, and realizes that they are their biggest asset. In turn the employees work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. My specialties are with First Time Home Buyers as well as FHA/VA Loans for those wanting to move up. I'm versed in repairing credit and helping people raise their credit scores in order to save thousands of dollars by achieving lower interest rates. It goes without saying that I can do great credit loans.

Since Nevada offers a down payment assistant mortgage bond program as well as, FHA and USDA programs, well over three quarters of my loans are with these programs. I enjoying doing refinances and helping people achieve a better rate as well. Ask about me about the FHA/VA Streamline refinance.
