The Golden Triangle Neighborhood of Denver is a walkers paradise, I know I live here and I average 25 miles per week using my car. I am considering not having a car, that would be novel a Real Estate Broker on foot, but with a Walk score of 96 out of 100 most of my errands can be accomplished on foot.
