Real Estate has been my passion for years. For many it is a job...for me, it is my calling. Growing up I remember making doll houses out of shoe boxes and stacking them up to make rooms in a house. It makes perfect sense that I would take so much enjoyment out of what I do today.

Just to give you an idea of my backround; I have 10 years experience in advertising and several years of interior design and space planning as well. I like to buy homes that need help in nice areas and renovate them. (Although my family doesn't think it is so much fun living there during the process).

With my backround and contacts in the trades I have been able to assist clients both selling or purchasing a home. Sometimes a bit of work is needed to get a home ready to go on the market and I can help with that. As a buyer, have you ever found a home that you absolutely love...except for one thing? I have helped many change "that one thing" so they can have the home of their dreams.

If you have ever tried to look for a new construction home on your own, you know how overwhelming it can be. There are so many builders out there so who should you pick? Did you know that many of the lots in developments are available on the builders lot exchange? I may be able to help you find a builder you really love to put a home on a lot you really love. You have choices. The agents in the developmment offices do not represent you, the buyer, nor do the have the obligation to look out for your best intrests; they are the agent of the builder/seller. It is best to have your own representation when embarking on new construction. If you are looking for new construction, I can assist you with the process. Many new developments are not in the RMLS, but I keep up with the ever changing construction market.

Relocation

It has often been noted that relocating to a new community is the number 3 stress-producing event in your life. Leaving behind trusted friends and family, doctors, school, jobs, etc., and moving into a world of unknowns is an adventure - but can be scary and full of tension. And choosing a home in the new city is an important step - as important as choosing the Realtor who is most qualified to assist you.

My expertise as a Realtor specializing in relocations means I can give you valuable information about the area, schools, taxes, local housing values and trends. I understand that your most important need initially is information gathering. I spend time doing a lifestyle and needs analysis for my relocation clients which provides information to help with the home search. Then I will give you detailed information on neighborhoods, amenities, schools, public transportation, and local housing prices.

I will look ONLY for homes that fit your needs and lifestyle. You can be assured that when you make the trip to do your home tours you won't be wasting your time with homes that don't fit your criteria. I sets up your home tour trips to be a very productive time for you. And if you are ready to make an offer on a home I have inspectors and lenders on call and waiting to help.
