Many Realtors struggle in identifying ways to "add value" now that the Internet is such a valuable tool, and our customers have become more sophisticated and also more demanding. I thrive on that. My past experience as a Management and IT Consultant enables me to leverage the tools and technologies in ways that many other Realtors have not yet thought of never mind tried to deliver on.

I'm frustrated by the fact that we are not embracing MLS as a tool, however, I personally list EVERY ONE OF MY LISTINGS on MLS, and I cooperate fully with all Out of Town Realtors.
