I listed my house with Lonnie last July 10th. The second couple that looked at it were interested and I soon received a call from Lonnie letting me know they had made an offer!

I was excited at how it all seemed to fall in place. I called him incessantly with questions, and he either always answered or called back promptly.

Lonnie made me feel like I was his only client. He understood my situation, as I consider my situation abnormal at best! I signed a purchase agreement on July 16th, obviously in less than 10 days. (IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS!)
