Having raised in excess of $50,000 in 2007 and 2008, Credit Restoration Consultants - a credit service organization specializing in the restoration of consumer credit worthiness and identity theft - is once again returning to the Weston Relay for Life in 2009. Having surpassed it's 2008 goal with over $35,000 in verified contributions, William and Jennifer Lewis were recently honored by the Broward unit with a "Top Online Fundraising Award" for the American Cancer Society - Florida Division.
Please join William and Jennifer Lewis - along with dozens of other dedicated participants - and become a part of the Weston Relay for Life on May 1st and 2nd, 2009 starting at 5pm at Cypress Bay High School in Weston.
Across America each and every year one event unites entire communities in the fight against cancer. That event is the American Cancer Society Relay For Life. It's a time and place where individuals come to celebrate those who have survived cancer, remember those we have lost, and fight back against a disease that touches many lives.
The Weston Relay for Life is not just an opportunity to celebrate, remember, but to fight back! Your involvement will help the American Cancer Society work toward a mission of eliminating cancer as major health issue and will support much-needed services in your community. Thanks in part to the donations from Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society is saving lives, helping those touched by cancer, and empowering people to fight this disease all over the world.

As I sit here on Monday morning after listening to and watching the financial news all week-end, I can't help wondering how this will affect my job at Credit Restoration Consultants. If you would have asked me a month ago what a good credit score is I would have told you a perhaps 680. If you asked me last week I might have said perhaps a 720. Today I have to believe that even with all of the talks of rescue and bailout efforts, it will be even harder to get credit. After all who is really being helped. Is Mr and Mrs. Homeowner being helped? Is Mr. or Mrs. Car Salesperson being helped? Or how about the people out of work or jut simply being paid minimum wage. While this is being billed as a rescue plan I wonder who will rescue our average client. I am left to believe the CEO's and CFO's of the big firms are the only ones benefiting. I do not mean to sound cynical, I am only saying what I believe. And is that not the point of blogging.
That said I must admit our work here should become easier. Our disputes will certainly be easier with all of the bank takeovers. If anyone is familiar with the Credit Reporting Agencies and the rules they must abide by, you will know that if the banks do not have proof of a debt the CRA's must remove it. It is our past experience at Credit Restoration Consultants that banks do not have time to prove wrong our disputes while dealing with a take-over. So in reality now is the time to get your credit repaired, While I am disgusted by the money being thrown at the big firms, I am happy to see our work getting more results through our efforts to make the CRA's follow the laws that govern them. So if you or anyone you know is in financial trouble due to bad credit now is truly the best time to get it repaired, We are here to help you and the average person not getting a big check from this bailout or whatever they are calling it today. Sorry if this sounds like a solicitation I am just fed up with people being caught between a rock and a hard place. I am all about the little people. Myself included. Happy Monday to all and a Happy New Year to all my Jewish Friends celebrating the Holiday.

Credit Restoration Consultants (CRC), a credit service organization specializing in the restoration of consumer credit worthiness and identity theft, has once again returned to the Starlight Greater Open Golf Tournament as the presenting sponsor. Having surpassed its 2007 goal, CRC pledges even more support for 2008!
As a devoted supporter of Starlight for many years, we encourage others to make an investment that will make a huge difference in the lives of more seriously ill children and their families in Florida. Please join Credit Restoration Consultants in supporting the Starlight Florida 6th Annual Greater Open Golf Tournament on Friday, November 7, 2008 at Jacaranda Golf Club in Plantation, Florida.
Children fighting serious medical conditions often feel like they are alone. They don't get to see their friends as often as they would like. Most of their time is spent shuffling between hospital rooms or meeting with physicians. With so much commotion on the outside, it is easy to forget there is a child on the inside.
When a child or teenager has a serious medical condition, everyone in the family is affected. Your gift will ensure that more families have access to Starlight's entertainment, education and family activity programs that have been proven to distract children from their pain, help them better understand and manage their illnesses, and connect families facing similar challenges so that no one feels alone. Won't you please show your support today by using this form to make a contribution?
Your participation - either financially or as a volunteer - enables Starlight to provide seriously ill children with a variety of programs and services that entertain and educate, and most importantly, provide them moments when they can forget about their medical condition and focus on what they do best - be kids.
Programs supported by these proceeds include:
ØGreat Escapes, family activities and events during which seriously ill children, their parents and their siblings can regroup as well as meet other families in similar circumstances. To host a Great Escape outing costs $2,000.
Ø Fun Centers, mobile entertainment units containing a DVD player and Nintendo WiiTM to help hospitalized children pass long hours and find distraction from medical procedures. To place a Fun Center in a hospital, the cost is $4,250.
ØPC Pals, specially configured for hospitalized children that provide bedside entertainment, internet access, and educational software to help children pass long hours and stay connected to friends, family and schoolwork. Each PC Pal placement is $5,000.
