I first heard about Tabu's Pet Grooming last summer. I have a 6 pound pomeranian named Kody who loves the water! The lake, a pool, and especially the sprinkler. He also likes to bob for fish in the live well of the boat. Needless to say....he needs a bath and a brushing...regularly.
I called Bill Bultema, the owner of Tabu's Pet Grooming for help. I've never owned a pet that needed a haircut before and had no idea what services a Pet Grooming business offered. They bathe, brush, dematt, scissor finish, trim nails and more! It's actually a salon for your pet. I made the appointment and Kody has visited monthly ever since.
What I like about it most is how friendly the entire staff is. Always greeting you with a smile and actually always greeting your pet. Afterall, the pet is the client. Your pet has the same groomer every time. This creates a comfort level for your pet that all pet lovers appreciate.
This is Sarah. She grooms Kody every time and does a great job. I often 'catch' her having a conversation with whomever she is working on. It's very cute and quite reassuring. Your pet begins to recognize her voice which puts them at ease. Kody looks pretty relaxed.

The Jenison office is open Tues-Fri 8am-3pm and Saturdays from 8am-noon. The Eastern location is open Tues-Fri 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm.

It's hard to believe we have entered into fall already, summer seems to go by so quickly. But the good thing is with fall comes football and I am looking forward to the Jenison High School season. The Jenison community does a great job supporting the school in so many events, the biggest being football.
The Junior Varsity football games are on Thursday nights at 6:45pm.
The Varsity football games are on Friday nights at 7:00pm.

Come and support Jenison and remember...get there early if you want to sit and watch the game...
