Powerpage: The Real Estate Equivalent of the Stock Market's Big Board

Up-to-the-minute listings are available to the general public from my website, along with Dallas area Powerpage mapforeclosures and I love it! So do buyers, neighbors, other agents, and folks relocating to the Dallas area.

Price changes and changes in status (from active to option) are shown in addition to new listings. There's even a section just for foreclosures. Want to see all this in map format? It's there, too.

Select one of the geographic areas in the Dallas MLS and you can choose from the current date or any of the five previous days. When you find a property you like, mouse-over the thumbnail photos to pop a larger image into the center of the screen. Want to make an appointment to see the home? Just click Request Appointment and I'll be notified, regardless of who the listing agent is.

The very talented Len Reeves, an agent at the Dallas Preston Road office of Keller Williams, can implement the Powerpage package on the website of any Keller Williams agent in the Dallas area. This service is not available (at this time, anyway) outside of the DFW area or to agents with other brokers. A big thanks also to Michael Tritthart, a Keller Williams technology trainer, who introduced me to Powerpage (and to Active Rain).

To check out the Powerpage, foreclosure listings and mapping features, there are links on my website to access these features. What do you think?

Addison Addvocates

Addvocates is the Addison Volunteer program. Addison Addvocates

Addvocates are people who wish to give something back to the Addison community but who may not have lots of time in their busy schedules. Volunteering can be difficult, but with the Addvocates program, you can volunteer as much or as little as your schedule allows. And you can select from opportunites suited to your interests.

There are opportunities to volunteer in:

  • recreation
  • special events
  • municipal court
  • visitor services

To become an Addvocate or to learn more about volunteer opportunities in Addison, contact the Town of Addison at 972-450-2817 or drop me a note and I'll get you connected. I'm an Addvocate and I volunteer at the Addison Athletic Club!
