Why is Life Like a Taxi?

Motivational Power Quote

Why is Life Like a Taxi?

“Life is like a taxi.

the meter just keeps a – ticking,

whether your are getting somewhere

or just standing still.”

Lou Erickson, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Why is life like a taxi?

Because your meter is always running.

The meter of your life is running ever minute of your day.

That meter continues to run when you’re super productive and its running when you’re having an unproductive day. You’re paying the price of your time no matter how you use your time.

Turn on your success meter and commit yourself to succeeding. Make each day of your life a productive day, one that moves you closer to your goals.

Put yourself into gear and take massive action to achieve your goals. There’s time on your meter and you’re paying for it; put it to good use. It’s your choice on what you do with the time on your meter. Make the most of your time and maximize your effort.

Your meter is running and the way you use your time is a matter of choice. Choose to use your time productively and the price that you pay will be small in comparison to the accomplishments.

Opportunity Multiply

Motivational Power Quote

Opportunity Multiply

"Opportunity multiply as they are seized:

they die when neglected.

Life is long line of opportunity."

John Wicker, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Opportunity multiply

Each opportunity that you seize has the potential to multiply and lead to even greater opportunities and has the potential to change the course of your life.

Opportunity doesn't come to you gift wrapped with a sign on it that reads "opportunity." Most opportunities look far more like hard work or will comes to you out of the challenging conditions that you encounter. Opportunities are found by those who look past the hard work and the challenges of the moment a see a bigger picture.

An opportunity is a chance for personal growth and to move forward to achieve greater success.

An opportunity will multiply when they are seized. They will die on the like fruit on the tree when they are not harvested. What happens with an opportunity will depend on how we see it and your wiliness to seize the moment and the opportunity when they come into your life.

Opportunity multiple and grow when we seize the opportunity.

Dare to Believe

Motivational Power Quote

Dare to Believe

"Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those

who dared believe that something inside them

was superior to the circumstance."

Bruce Barton, advertising executive, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Dare to believe

You will climb the mountain that you believe that you can climb.

The only limitations that you have are the limitations in your beliefs. You will do what you believe you can do and achieve what you believe you can achieve.

Dr. Martin Luther King dared to dream.

Dr. King had a dream and he believed in his dream with a passion. His passion was so strong that he could express the vision of his dream through his words and from those words other could see the same vision and have the same dream.

Dr. King stretched the limits of the day to accomplish and inspired a generation to dare to dream and believe.

Dr. King is an example of the power to dare to believe.

You will achieve what you believe that you will achieve.

If you want to achieve more in life you have to change your personal belief system to one of: I can, I will and I did.

Dare to believe that you can and you will. Unlock the future of unlimited possibilities and dare to believe.

People Want to Feel Important

Motivational Power Quotes

People Want to Feel Important

"Everyone has an invisible hanging from their neck

saying ‘make me feel important.'

Never forget this message when working with people."

Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics

As I see it . . . . . . .

People want to feel important

Life is about making the other person feel important and bringing value into their lives.

When you're with someone, make them feel like the most important person in the world; give them your full, complete and undivided attention. Show them yours respect and make them feel like the most important person in the world.

Successes in life and in business come through making people feel important and helping get what they want. As we help others attract more of what they want we attract more of what we want.

Making people feel important, makes them feel good about themselves and in turn they will feel comfortable in your presents. As to the extent that we make people feel important they will bond with you and form a strong lasting business relationship based on rapport, trust and confidence.

The people that you meet have an invisible sign around their neck that saying make me feel important. When you do, you positively move their world. Also by making people feel important new doors will open that where not there for you in the past.

People want to feel important, do your best to help them to feel that way and you will nurture and develop your business relationships to a higher and more productive level.

I’m Late; I’m Late For An Important Date

Motivational Power Quote

I'm Late; I'm Late For An Important Date

"Speed is useful only if you are running

In the right direction."

Joel Barker, Future Edge

As I see it . . . . . . .

I'm late; I'm late for an important date

"I'm late; I'm late for

A very important date.

No time to say hello, good-bye,

I'm late and when I wave,

I lose time, to save.

My fuzzy ears and whiskers

took me too much time to shave.

I run and I hop, hop, hop,

I wish that I could fly.

There's danger id I dare to

Stop and here's the reason why:

I'm over-due, I'm in a rabbit stew.

Can't even say good-bye,

Hello, I'm late, I'm late, I'm late."

As sang by White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland

We all know people like White Rabbit; there hurrying around from pillar to post leaving a trail of dust behind them but their not going anywhere fast. They are moving as fast as they can go from task to task. There's a lot of motion but there's no progress. They have all the balls in the air and will juggle as many as they can at any one time. But when everything is said and done juggling doesn't get things. Positive focused activity gets things done.

It's the direction of your success journey that important not the speed.

You will be judged on the quality of what you successfully complete and the quality of your work. Fast is not a substitute for quality and most cases it will not create satisfied customers, repeat business or referrals.

Your success journey is not about the speed of the success journey. It's about the direction that you're headed in and creates the stepping stones of successes along the way to achieve your goals.

Going fast may look good or feel good at the time but activity without a focused directions and quality results leaves a trail of unfulfilled promises. It will also take you off course to the point where it becomes very challenging to get back on track and to successfully move in the direction of your goals.

When you focus on your objections and commit yourself to achieving them you will progress in the right direction.

I'm late; I'm late for an important date is not a substitute for quality.
