The Village at Carol Oaks Community

This community has a development of affordable housing. Forty-six townhouses ranging in price between $165,00 and $196,700. They come in a 1126 Sq Ft, 2 bed and 1 1/2 bathroom, "William" model home.

There are restrictions on the sale of these properties for profit and for use as a renter.

The "The Village" is the outcome of a consortium of husband and wife builders, Tom & Betsy Gibbs and numerous local banks.

Watermark Community

This new community developed by Beach Shellpoint LLC just off Rifle Range Road will comprise of 118 high end custom built homes (2000-4500 Sq Ft), 39 townhouses (1800-2200 Sq Ft) and 240 apartments when it is completed.

The community will have an amenities centre, with swimming pool and Play Park on the edge of the existing 33 acre lake. There are walking trails and places to launch kayaks on the lake.

The communities name "Watermark" is believed to have come in to existence because of the 33 acre lake and the setting of a new standard, a new benchmark.

Royal Palms Community

This community built in 2007 consisting of townhomes/condominiums is situated on Dingles Road, adjacent to US Highway 41 junction with US 17N.
