The first phase of this development built by Ryland Homes is nearly complete. No date is as yet know for the build out to other phases.

To Find - Sometimes you need to look in different places!!!

Sometimes when you are looking for something, it just can't be found. Sometimes this is because it is obvious or in plain sight.

New town houses built by CentexWith this in mind I'll carry on.

The other day, my office held their weekly meeting at a new Centex development by called Cain Crossing, which is located on Clements Ferry Road just before it's junction with Highway 41.. It was a chance for a change of scenery and for the Centex Sales associates to show us their homes.

But the point of this is, I had driven past this develpoment daily and had never taken it at more than face value, it looked to be exactly what I was seeing in passing. But it's not.

This development of new town houses, very much styled, I think, on the Single Family residense rather than the traditional town house.

The community is situated on nearly 24 acres and will when fully completed have 109 homes, on site amenties, such as, a pool, neighborhood park and dog walking park as well as four ponds and landscaped grounds. Centex are building two collections of town houses at Cain Crossing.

The first is the Winchester Collection, this comprise of the following Cain Crossing Community Landscapingfloor plans;

The Dalton with two elevation options and 1471 sq ft is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with attached garage and the option of a Screen Porch.

The Carlisle with two elevations options and 1535 sq ft is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with attached garage and the option of a Screen Porch.

The Newbury with two elevation options and 1623 sq ft is a 2 story. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, Gameroom, and downstairs Master Suite.
