I sell and work in all of Northern Virginia, however I specialize in the Fairfax County and City areas.

As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), I am dedicated to working with homeowners and loss mitigators to prevent foreclosures. As of the forth quarter of 2009, one in six homeowners is delinquent in their mortgage payments. It goes without saying that that is a very stressful position to be in.
