Why Live in Crestline?

I take about a 3 mile walk almost every morning and it struck me the other day how lucky I am to live here. Some days I walk down to Lake Gregory which is about a 1/2 mile from my house. Below are some of what I see while I am walking, How beautiful is that ??? Not only do I have the fabulous views I get to see all our critters running around like squirrels and coyote plus you will meet some of the nicest people on the Lake Gregory trail.

Other days I just step outside my door and take the street that goes behind my house. On this course I come across a large stream and about 3 places that have waterfall like settings during the winter and rainy months. I took a few pictures today so you can see how amazing it can be to just step outside my door.

This is only two of the many places I could choose to take a walk. Living in the mountains is a privilege and such a blessing. Wouldn't you like to walk outside your door and find all this waiting for you.......

CRESTLINE REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT solds from January 1- february 28 2008

The report numbers are a bit off because an agent initially listed her listing incorrectly at $94 million as opposed to the $94,000 it was correctly listed at, but the report gives some great information on what is going on in the Crestline area market......

Client Appreciation Party

I just love my clients they are like family to me. Just about every other week I am either having lunch or dinner with them, or running into them at the post office and around town (it is my way of getting a hug for the day).

That is the best part of my job, becoming a part of your lives. This last summer I had a client appreciation party at Lake Gregory so we could all get together and enjoy one another. It really was such a good time. Phone numbers were exchanged and new friendships were made. You all are such great people that I had to get you together so you could meet, that much love needs to be spread around. It is an honor and a privilege to do what I do. I get to represent you and help you through what can be one of the most emotional and biggest decisions of your lives. At the end of the day and at the end of the transaction I want you all to feel like a job well done and that you have found your Realtor and friend for life......

Hello my name is Lisa Seifert your "Crestline area Specialist". I am a Realtor that specializes in the Crestline area real estate market. Valentines day marked my 7th year of living and loving Crestline. It is hard to call what I do a job because I love what I do so much. There is nothing sweeter in life than helping someone realize their dream of owning their own piece of mountain paradise in our beautiful town of Crestline and it's surrounding communities. It is hard to sum up and convey through words what the Crestline lifestyle can be but I will, through this blog, attempt this. I also will be offering you the answers to the questions you might be having about our real estate market here in Crestline. For instance you might be asking what has been happening so far in this new year of 2008? Well let me tell you:

There are currently 184 homes listed for sale. 39 houses went on the market since January 1st. The houses range from a $45,000 mobile home in Valley Of Enchantment to a $1,400,000 19.78 acre aging estate in Cedarpines Park.

13 Houses have sold since January of this year. They range from a $76,000 bank owned, tear down, in Valley of Enchantment to a $425,000 brand spanking new home, in Crestline, with a great view.

6 Houses are currently in escrow ranging from a 3 bedroom 2 bath $155,000 bank owned property in Valley of Enchantment to a $315,000 turnkey, 2004 home, in the San Moritz area.
