I have been so busy that I have not posted any of the results of Friday's, Monday's and now today's foreclosure auctions so I will lump them all together right now.

Friday October 9th 2009 there were five foreclosures:

2. 3255 Kehala Drive Kihei, HI 96753 Maui Meadows subdivision was foreclosed upon @ $756,500.00 by the lien holder.
3. 242 Anamuli street Kahului HI 96732 Maui Lani subdivision was foreclosed upon @ $340,000.00 by the lien holder
4. 318 Halekai Kiehi HI 96753 was foreclosed upon @ $291,879.00 by the lien holder.
5. 1403 Front street Lahaina Hi 96761 was foreclosed upon @ $420,000.00 by the lien holder

1. On Monday October 12th there was one foreclosure a vacant lot on 3433 Anuwanu place Pukalani, Hi. 96768 was foreclosed upon @ $572,869.00 by the lien holder

I was one minute late today and thats all it took in that one minute 108 Pua Niu Way was foreclosed upon by the lien holder at 1.7 million doallrs. 

By pulling the tax records it looks like this product was around five acres that had been subdivided or put in to a residential condominium regime. Times are tough on folks and this one was taken back after 100's of thousands of dollars pored into it. Too Bad for those hard working folks, Next time around the new owner is going to make all the profits.

1. Hale Ono Loa unit 108 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $142,164.38
2. Royal Kahana had a foreclosure @ $166,500
3. The Island a gated community in Wailuku had a foreclosure on 361 Kamalei Circle a bottom bid of $530,000 taken back by the mortgagee
