yesterday I was too busy to post so, Monday there was just one postponment and nothing else

On Tuesday there was one auction and it was Kauhale Makai condominiums better known as Village by the Sea on the south side of Maui central Kihei. Unit 106 was foreclosed today by the lein holder American savings for the sum of $200,000

Big day today down at the court house on the steps of Hoapili Hale


Another 40 people turned out to watch and to bid. I have to run and have a lot of work this weekend so this post will be fast and basic.


  1. 22 Papuhau Wailuku was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $693,000 
  2. 1200 Upper Kimo road Kula was foreclosed upon and had a small bidding war, it settled @ $641,000 
  3. 58 Kupalaiki loop Kiehi was foreclosed upon by the lien holder(s) and bid upon by an attorney, the bid was $252,000 which is a great deal this house is nice, tight and clean, I know I’ve been in it. 
  4. 211 Kahana Ridge Drive Lahaina was foreclosed upon by the lien holders @ $722,255.39 44 Kanani Road apart 1-
  5. 102 Kihei was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $390,960.30 
  6. 20 Kai Nana place was foreclosed upon by the Lien holder @ $503,000.

Small Kine auction today, Just Doug, Na Hale O Maui and I.

1) 960 Ehoeho was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $344,185.20

2) Iao Parkside 24-201 on Eha street was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $160,00.00

So here we are looking forward to a better tomorrow.

As the Bell Tolls at high noon in Wailuku the foreclosure auction took place on the steps of Hoapili Hale


There were three properties taken back by the Lien holders and one partition sale.

  1. Mill street Wailuku was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $425,000 there was a bid placed on this property by a third party. We will see at 30 days right of confirmation.
  2. 100 Hauoli Road Maalaea a unit at Lauloa condominium was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $350,378
  3. 485 Kuanana street Paia had a partition sale


There was an HOA or AOAO representative who started their foreclosure procedures on several different condominium complexes in Wailea and also on the island of Molokai.
