Fair Warning Monday Tuesday - Wailuku Maui Hawaii Foreclosures
Monday was no foreclosure, the state was closed for labor day. Tuesday; yes, Bitter Sweet. There was no foreclosures today yet there were nine postponements. Just John, Doug, Albert and I. No one else. so good news was that no one lost their house today. Bad news is that my web site and server has been down all day and the woman in charge is on the big island for the four day weekend and isnt here to fix it. Shootz! Good news is I had a closing on Friday and got paid today for a straight sale of a $600K house gotta love it when the home closes and everyone is happy.
The good and the bad on Tuesday Fair warning Foreclosure day.

Good morning Maui Saturday September 6th 2009 is a great day. I am up and working for the Puuone Expert the local Wailuku condominiums. I will be talking with two different sellers today and three different buyers. Puuone Towers is a great place to live, two bedroom one and half baths and three bedrooms two full baths. The complex has ocean views and mountain views, centrally located close to shopping, schools, county buildings, the hospital, DMV and a lot of restaurants.
Give me a call if you're interested in Puuone Towers and Plaza I have the leading edge on these wonderfully affordable condominiums. Mahalo

Hawaiian by Nature is playing in front of Kama`ania properties and the Maui Thing. It’s always loud rock and roll down here on the north end. Native Intelligence is having a Awa tasting booth!
