Seems a bit more low keyed this time, maybe the deep pockets became shallow lol Sweet Spot is playing under the banyan tree I’ve seen them many times at Eha’s and Kahului Ale house. Hawaiian by Nature is playing in front of Kama`ania properties and the Maui Thing. It’s always loud rock and roll down here on the north end. Native Intelligence is having a Awa tasting booth!

She was part of the Manao Radio volunteers and has since left this earth. This is a gathering and a celebration of her life and her work.

Fair Warning Wednesday Wailuku Maui Hawaii Foreclosures
Today at Haopili Hale in Wailuku there was a small crowd of nicely dressed investors, two Attorneys, John and a few random on lookers. Doug announced 8 postponements. Then there was a low in the action as the investors searched for the auction attorney on the Diamond Resorts.
The attorney showed up about 20 minutes late all sweaty on disheveled. He then proceeded to auction of 75 units at the Diamond Resort in Wailea going once, going twice, going three times sold for $1000 dollars each. 75 units of time share good until December 2010. There will be a court confirmation hearing and if anyone would like to out bid the group of investors they can at the court house in 30 days.
Interesting what one person sees as a deal the other person will pass on. 75 time share units with about 15 months left on them. In real estate as we know there's always a reason to the investment. Time will tell.

Fair Waring Tuesday Maui Hawaii Foreclosures September 1st 2009
Just John, Doug and I at the court house steps / Haoipili Hale Wailuku. Six postponements and no Auction, not a single foreclosure auction yet this week, though I would suspect Friday to be a big day at the court house. Aloha Friday is now Foreclosure Friday!
Realty Trac dot com had announced that the state of Hawaii has climbed up the ranks of foreclosures We are now on the top Ten of Foreclosures. Hawaii actually tied with Maryland for the number nine position of Foreclosures per defaulting loans. This information is not gathered per capital or per population, it is gathered per non payment and default on recorded Mortgages.

Fair Warning foreclosures on Maui at the Haopili Hale court house steps.
Today was small in attendance and there were just nine postponements. Not one Auction there seems to be some interest in a Lahaina property a few people are tracking. I met with some new friends who happen to share the same last name as mine.
