I became involved because I tried to sell my first house but to no avail. I turned to a Real Estate Agent; liked what I heard and saw. And since I have the background in construction it gives me another perspective on the real estate business. Soon thereafter I jumped into the business with both feet and here I am today a licensed Real Estate Agent/Mortgage Broker.
I CAME FROM A FAMILY OF EIGHT WITH 3 SISTERS AND 4 BROTHERS, MYSELF BEING THE SECOND. GREW UP IN YONKERS N.Y, I SERVED MY COUNTRY IN THE USMCR FROM 1980-1986. ONCE I GOT OUT I WORKED AS A MANAGER 9 YEARS AT PIZZA HUT IN WHICH I GOT TRANSFERRED TO FLORIDA. MANAGING A RESTAURANT GOT ME WORN OUT AND WENT IN THE CONT RUCTION BUSINESS.
My first sale of a home I was working my day job digging a hole and along come an old friend. We started taking,claklah,claklah,claklah. I told him I got my Real Estate lic. Then he said he was looking for a fixer upper. I told him I can help him out he, said when, that is when I dropped my shovel and headed across town. He bought the home and turned it around for resell.
I am a licensed Real Estate Associate/Mortgage Broker. I have been in the construction business for 10 years. I have owned several businesses that are in the construction field. I started the COOLDOCTORS HVAC with my brother which he now runs. I had a HOME IMPROVEMENT INTERIOR TRIM AND CARPENTRY business for several years. At the present time I am a high end Plumber and I have been in that profession for twelve years. I attended Palm Beach Community College for four years. I attended the FLORIDA PLUMBER APPRENTICE PROGRAM and I also took classes in the field of ASSOCIATE SCIENCE IN BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION, COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING DESIGN AND ENGINEERING EMPHASIS.

WHEN BUYING A HOME A CMA SHOULD BE DONE PRIOR TO MAKING A REASONABLE OFFER SO NEGOTIATION CAN TRANSPIRE FROM THAT POINT FORWARD.
