In a market that was up and down to say the least, Brandi sold my house for the maximum amount I could have asked for. She did her research and was thorough in her descriptions of the house as well as liberal in photo's for others to see. Then I needed to find a house to live in. Patient best describes this portion of our experience together. I sent Brandi on searches of houses in all the zip codes and most of the price ranges from $50,000 - $150,000 and she never once looked at me and said "make up your mind." Heck, I even got frustrated with myself! But Brandi politely showed each property to me, and would point out both the good and the bad (many of the lower priced houses she had to look at me and say "would you really be happy in this?") She was also my lone cheerleader, pointing out that the perfect place would come along and for me not to get discouraged. Eventually we found a quality house, and because of Brandi doing her research once again, we got it at our price. I will never forget how she was so diligent in helping me eventually find the perfect house with the perfect yard in the perfect neighborhood.
