How to purchase a Dallas home for sale .... Where do I start Dallas home purchase process
1) Contact a local Dallas mortgage broker who will request you complete a loan application
a) Employment : Two years or more in same position or company with unemployment
b) Credit scores: 620 or above
You will need APPROXIMATELY FOLLOWING AMOUNTS PURCHASE A HOME
c) Paid at closing: 3.5% or more as a down payment
d) Escrow Money: 1% of sales price place in escrow applies towards your closing costs paid within 48 hours of executed sales contract
e) Inspection : $400 inspection paid to company day of inspection paid during option period
f) Appraisal: $400 home in most instances paid during option period
2) After mortgage loan officer have established your financial status purchase a Dallas home for sale, you need contact a Dallas Real Estate agent work with you based on lender specifications and your preference in a Dallas home and area(s) you like to reside in
3) Lender approval letters are valid for 60 days... once you receive approval get going it takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks search for a home 
receive an executed contract and another 30 days to close.
