PSI 2010 and EST 1974. I didn't get it totally in 1974. I took the forum for a few times and Outward Bound the 7 day training as well.

This summer I took PSIseminars BASIC. Ongoing trainings in most major cities. Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County trainings are the close ones to me in the South Bay of LA.the beach cites and surroundings- Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach

I found the blend of heart and spirituality that matched my way of thinking.

PSI Basic gave me new tools to use to handle

emotions, links, visualization, judgements, and responsibility.

It's as if the LIGHT really turned on.

PSI Systems- Its the new way for me even though it has been around for 37 years.

I am looking for more graduates. Let me know if you are one too.

The old way was useful....too.

EST opened up my awareness that everyone has a story that is not serving them anymore but stuck in their mind. It opened up personal responsiblity vs excuses and that "TRY" is the wrong word if you want to get something done. Excercises are the common link to both systems as well as others I have taken.

Here is my self improvement list:

Dan Millman Peaceful Warrier training. It was balance and skill

Rapport Leadership Training -hi-light being first woman in our class to break a wood board with my bare hand

Tom Ferry- Training with Tony Robbins one day. Ive enjoyed his tapes and in person he is amazing as well!

Outward Bound 6 day- running full out or stop, zip line, blindfolded outdoor teamwork, games, war game.

Real Estate in California- our homes are on the edge of a financial cliff. There I have said it. Further, relatives always said we would get carried off in a tidal wave. Well, the financial tidal wave is rising faster than the ocean.

Today in the LA times I could see a dot to dot link of articles that when reviewed you can see that self interest business (is there any other kind) is striving to stay and missing the point...institutions need to have a heart for the people or they have a hollow survival like Mr Scrooge.

Here are the dot to dot points.

Bad news

La Times 8/19/2010 headline "Swap deals unnerve California. Credit default swaps may influence the market for mini bonds. Is Wall Street profiting from Californias misery. Nathaniel.Popper@latimes.com described how a credit default swap deal works. In simple terms its about insurance and betting. The investors bet on which way the deal will go California defaults-as in is late on a payment- or it will not. The insurance covers it either way. Remember Kathy Bates line in a movie "I have insurance" as she plows into a car. Yes folks with insurance The investors make money either way. JP Morgan Chase, people are watching you and we just might not take it anymore!

"GREEN retrofit loans dry up" The Green retrofit for our country is the place new jobs should be heading.

The cliff is the reality that the lenders are only loaning to people with jobs. California self employed people are not getting loans. And guess what? They have equity in their homes that they cannot access. Lots of equity 1 or 2 million dollars of equity. Believe me it is true.

Another point.....RED FLAG Lenders would rather take a home with equity as a forclosure because they can make money. They move it from the red column to the black column. This happened in the old days of the depression. The ones with big mortgages they take last. Banks are here to make money. I know people that lost money to Indymac, they never thought the bank would close. My prayer is that the Government will make the lenders accountable to their actions. Make them work to get people back on their feet with homeowners who create jobs.

Good news

GM is paying back its bail out loan. A+ Some, Ford didn't even take out a loan A++. The main point is that something worked. The automotive and airline industry got help.

Skunks make a stink when they are scared....I guess JP Morgan Chase is scared.

One of a kind Hermosa Beach is unique and truly one of a kind. It is the smallest of the south bay beaches. Its been home to surfers, athletes, party town, hippies and famous for that. However, its less known the major part of the city is full of generations of families that kept the beach home. Teachers, Screenwriters, Internet gurus, Realtors, Cooks, Retired, Beauty advisors, all surround my home.

We have had times when our skies were overcast this summer but after a hot day in LA its nice to come home to.

Upside: Many homes have no AC and never will have it. We love our ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. Downside: Taxis have come to town to tow out the party crowd to parts unknown to me.

A great Skateboard park, Community theatre (with lots for young actors to play with), green belt to walkand run and the sandy beaches to tan. Its the small town that is hip, cool and strong. They share Mira Costa High School and Redondo High School right now. One person said " its a public school town with a private school feel."

Hermosa Beach homes for sale range from 750K to 13M.

The loyalty of the homeowners to the city is amazing. The variety of homes is just as outstanding. The city is busy Going GREEN with locals meeting monthly. All are invited.

In the presence of craft and graft filling the media. Pandora should headline the news. No matter who invented the internet.....Tesla wanted sound to be free for everyone...and more.

Pandora comes as a gift to all ages. This am after moving in June, all I wanted was the sound of peace.

Grandchildren with TV of nick and Icarly and the internet movies of cartoons...filled my ears with the sharp sounds I cannot deal with before 7 am!. I couldn't find by classic cd;s and then I remembered Pandora!

I can get rid of those cds in a garage sale (if I ever find them.)

The world is all ok for me when Chopin joins the new day dawning in my home office. Sounds away from summer children I have peace.

Did you know that classic music slows down our being like yoga and meditation. It is with a 6,6 beat and it allows the beta brain to recieve in information. The studies in Romania for children to learn was to play classical music, lower the blinds on the windows to quiet the senses and say and spell the words kids need to learn. I tried it years ago with my bright active son and he mentally slowed down to be a perfect speller. It was not his favorite thing but he did it. Years later it turned out he was not a computer guru- which we suspected with his teachers. He is a musician.

Enjoy Pandora for any music choice. It is timeless.

We have a tenant in one clients place that has been a challenge to allow us to show.
