So anyone ever heard of "VRBO" vacation rental by owner. Check it out to find properties for rent all over the country. The new alternative to hotels. And that takes me to Craigs list. My son thinks this is the end all of communication along with youtube. That will have to be next. So this is also listed on Craigs list so that people can find VRBO which is starting to make sense. I wonder whe ebay will get in the game? I can just see the comments. I know Amazon and ebay sell homes already.
I remember when bread was 25 cents my dad would say, I can say I used to charge 25 cents for an hour of babysitting (4 boys) I also remember when my relatives didn't want what they said was "Call wait"
Anyway nearly anyone with these beach properties bought a long long time ago. It cost a lot for the families, even then. So the tide is bringing in rental for these places.
We have used Kauai Vacation Rentals for over 10 years. We just loved it. We arrived to find everything a family could use. Beach sand mats, sand toys, lots of beach towels, BBQ, an easy stroll to the beach were all included to make us feel at home away from home. I will be leaving Redondo Beach with my Auburn Alabama friend, and my orange county friend to learn so much in such a short time, and to have a great time with other realtors.
Tulita Elementry School on Prospect in South Redondo had open house last week. The school event started in the Library with a display of the Young at Art series for each class. Cookies were for sale and raffle baskets. And it rained.
Even rain did not stop the good time. We went from class to class seeing all the progress and expectations for each grade. The teachers were amazing. One teacher I could nickname the "child whisperer" like dog whisperer...she just understood children and spoke a language to them that reached them on a deeper level. Another teacher was fun, sporty and just seemed to be a teacher you would want to have. This school is distinguished academically, it is known for many areas of strength. The parent population is caring and sharing. People are so glad to be there.
Families have moved to South Redondo for its great school system. The real estate values are maintained by a strong commitment to academics from both family and the school associates. As in every great area the condos are one way of getting into the area and growing into greater home ownership. a good start is their website.

I am wondering about sound proof windows. Advice needed. One of my clients is buying near a park in Redondo Beach. The park has a basketball court right behind the property. The games on the weekend get fast and loud. There are two courts side by side so its a double game going on.

In the meantime. The Beach was lovely today. Quiet and nice and I had a nap, for mothers day. We walked down to the beach and it had spots of sun, very windy but when you get down to the ocean level it really is not windy like above on the street. I wonder why?
