Land has been in a stand still in South Kingston. I'm encouraging my clients to invest here, it's a great place for tourism and housing. I love to visit this area. I've talked with some members of the chambers of commerce their and the area seems to be on the role to economic development. There are also many employment opportunities as well. Truly a great area.

Vacation rentals on Block Island are selling like hotcakes. Everyday I have more and more clients asking me if there are any they can look at. The property in the area is great but is hard for me to find more places to build. I currently manage one property here but am looking to invest in another.

I enjoyed the relaxed feel of the the property in general and also the attentive but courteous attitude of the staff. I was convinced that the Spa was a property I could not ignore—mainly for the staff and service I experienced, but also for the elegance of the property. I highly recommend this area because it attracts clientele from all walks of life.

Many of my clients come to their properties in Wakefield, Washington County in the winter months because of its beautiful atmosphere at this time. Covered with snow, this area looks picturesque in its pine covered fields. In addition, this city is a great place to live in because of its great location, close to South Kingstown, but is also a great place for vacationers. Over half of my clients are rentals. This city is one great place for real estate.
