Though property in Block Island has increased I feel that it is well worth it. The amount of tourists has significantly improved and residential housing has also increased. I enjoy managing my properties here and my clients love the area as well as I do. The ferry system is great too...........it makes the island easily accessible, after all the years I have managed here shows great improvement. This seems to also play a major role in attracting newcomers.
I like to do business in the South Kingstown area because of the great property values. I love when I refer people here and they come back pleased of what they find this city has to offer. It has a great location with access to some beautiful beaches. Even though it is the largest town in Washington county, it still has a nice small town feel.
To my liking......the beautiful city of Hopkinton located in Washington County has been growing nicely in the real estate market. It is a great community to live in full of nature preserves and parks. There are many homes and condominiums there to invest in. I manage one property here and find that not only is it a great place to live but also is one of the most popular destinations for tourism in Rhode Island. I t is full of campgrounds, fresh water fishing, and parks. Truly a great place to check out.
I tell my clients if they are looking for land then take a look at West Greenwich in Kent, RI. It is probably one of the least populated areas in the whole state. The lots there are beautiful and are way worth there price. Although it is a rural area it does have an active business community and is close enough to I-95. I personally like the area, and highly recommend it to many.
The Wyoming area of Washing county is a pleasant city that is in a great location. I plan to invest in property in the area because of this. It's close to Connecticut, Providence, Arcadia Park, the Block Island Ferry, And the T.F. Green Air Port. It is not only a great place to live, but attracts many tourists each year. It has many beautiful places to stay, as well as many attractions for all ages. The market in Wyoming seems to be a great place to invest.
