If you like to fish, boat, or just hit the beach "Charleston Beach" is fantastic. I manage one property in Charleston and it is located near Charleston Beach, many of my clients as well as myself, take strolls along the jetty. This beach is not usually crowded, and it's a great place to watch sail and power boats entering New Harbor. Its also a great place to view the grounds at the former coast guard station.

The rural city of Exeter located in Washington County is great for rural living environments. I manage one property here and find that the market is quite nice if you are looking for large amounts of property and are interested in byind a home. Clients of mine like the calm living environment here and are drawn to the its attractive properties.

For clients of mine asking for a community that has a "home like" or "small town" feel, a lot of times I refer them to the city of North Kingston. It has so many great features....quaint Bed and Breakfasts, great boating and fishing, and fine dinning. When I come to this area I also make it a point to visit one of the four art museums. This area has so much to offer.

A place I have recently found on the uprise in the real estate market is Hope Valley, Rhode Island. Surprisingly, I have been talking with some of my clients looking to find homes there. I did some research on the area an found some great deals on property and homes. Though it is a quaint area, I'm glad they are pleased to find homes to look at.

Beside managing most of my properties on Block Island, my second best spot is Narragansett. It also is another attraction for tourists or just an all around great place to live. Vacation properties here have picked up here lately. It's a great place for sport fishing and has great beaches. It also strives to preserve its nature, so it still remains beatifully kept.
