This is a fantastic spot and a major tourism attraction. I manage most of my properties in this area. A fabulous market for vacation homes and rentals. (I personally even own one here I love it so much). They have two beautiful lighthouses as well as many other attractions. This area is easily accessible by ferry. A great place for couples or families.
I love the land and property in Coventry. Though most of the properties I manage are on the eastern side, I have found that the western side of the area has become a little more populated. I personally like the feel of this city and enjoy managing some properties here. It's a great community.
The market flow has been great in the past few months in the Charleston area. Many of the rentals and vacation homes have been overflowing with renters. I've talked with some of my clients about why they love their homes or vacation homes here and I seem to get the same response "It's just the overall pleasant feeling of the community." I can't help but agree because I still always make it a point to be there for the annual seafood and lobster festival in the first week of August. I'm thinking to keep investing in more properties in the area.
Growing-up I loved living in Washington County. Now managing properties all over the country I still have many of my properties here because of the beauty that remains in this area. Rhode Island is a small state but is full of a wide range of living environments. The market has seemed to slow a bit for me in the past few years, but I'm hoping to bring more people back and open up more establishments.
