When looking for New Homes in North Atlanta it is apparent that every builder has something to market. No matter what site you visit the claims and marketing techniques can really be out there.
• Staycation Sales Event – Does this mean that after buying their home you can’t afford a Vacation?
• New Energy Efficient Homes – I thought there were regulations and codes for home construction!
• Great American Home Sale – Available in select markets. Are the other markets not in America?
• Great Summer Values are Going On Now – Were there Great Spring Values and will there be Great Fall Values?
• $7,500 Buyer Bonus – Must Close in Less Than 30 Days. Thanks, Do I get to extend the timeframe if the home is not ready?
• Discover the Benefits of eSmart Homes – If I can’t communicate with it am I an eDummy?
• Buy Now, Win Big – Get $5,000 in Closing Costs, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Window Blinds, and Garage Door Openers with access Keypad. You sound a little desperate…Can I also get Free Lawn Care for a year?
• Low Flow Shower Heads and Commodes – After I flush twice do I need to jump around in the Shower to get wet?
When I finally came to a site that just provided information on their North Atlanta New Homes without all the claims and marketing gimmicks, I had to share it.
With seller funded Down Payment Assistance being a thing of the past, how do buyers in Gwinnett County obtain down payment assistance? There are 2 programs currently available for Gwinnett County Down Payment Assistance. They are the Gwinnett Homestretch Propgram and the Gwinnett Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
The funds available range from $7,500 to $22,500 depending on which program a buyer qualifies for.
Has anyone had any success with niche sites? I just launched a site for Duluth Real Estate and am hopeful that it does well. Any input would be welcome.
In 2004 a group of RE/MAX REALTORS got together and started a fall golf tournament in Northeast Metro Atlanta to benefit Children’s Miracle Network and specifically Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. To say that it has evolved would be an understatement. Starting this year and in the future, rather than being a RE/MAX function the thought is to open this up to the entire Atlanta Real Estate Community.
To maximize exposure a blog has been started to keep everyone informed. You can visit it at www.play4thekids.com. As the URL says “It’s All About The Kids.”
I would like to call on everyone in the Atlanta area to help with this fundraiser. You can register to play, you could be a sponsor, you could make a donation or you could help in a simple way by giving a link to the site to help promote it online.
Thanks in Advance
Every buyer wants a deal on the home they are about to puchase and I don't fault them for that. The easiest way to accomplish this search is by using predetermined searches based on location. This page will help you find Atlanta Bargain Homes in the Northeast Atlanta Real Estate Market.
