As you can see from above, two fewer homes sold in 2009 than in 2008. But here's the good news, look at the percentage ratio from list price to sales price in 2009 compared to 2008. This actually means that properties are being more competitively priced which is a good sign. I'm all for looking for the good in the market. Just throw me a bone every once in a while.....
