Welcome to Mailand Realty, owned and operated by Ron Uhland. Ron Uhland is a licensed Broker – Salesperson with over 18 years of real estate experience. He opened Mailand Realty in 2005, and has since added 14 experienced, professional Realtors who uphold the company values of outstanding customer service, professionalism, along with community involvement, moving and/or relocation assistance and a standard of practice that states each customer is entitled to excellence in service. While Mailand Realty prides itself on being a friendly, family oriented company, our realtors strive to be on the cutting edge of technology, up on the current market trends in real estate and knowledgeable about our many local communities.

Mailand Realty is a member of both the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors and the Indian River County Association of Realtors. We are also a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

This enables buyers to narrow down the search process and view properties at their convenience. Renters are able to find the perfect rental while receiving property information through email that matches their specific criteria as well. Property owners can be confident we will screen tenant prospects and help them find the perfect tenant who will take care of their property. We can also manage the property, collect rents, and arrange for vendors on small maintenance issues, etc. through our rental department property manager who is a fully licensed community association manager.

Our office offers agents computer use for property search and form preparation. We have current real estate forms available for immediate use and pick up in the office. We have a printer/copier/fax/scanner as well as a color printer available for every agents use. Our digital camera is available to take quality photographs of your listings for marketing purposes. We have knowledgeable onsite assistance for message taking & delivery, preparing property flyers, postcards, listing input & maintenance changes, advertising and more.
Every agent has a page on our website and has the opportunity to advertise using our contract rates if applicable.
