Okay so I have this friend that has been late every month on her house payment since November and she has called the banks to work something out. They said if she doesn't come current on the house payment by July the will take it. She is not more than 30 days behind though. Can they do this? Also, she wants out of her house due to the fact her husband and sole worker of the family lost his job. Should she short sale it? She has been trying to sell it FSBO (I don't know why) for the past 7 months too. I know it doesn't help that she is trying to FSBO it, but what is the best route in your opinion? Oh this is taking place in Arizona just so you all know. Thanks for any advice.

Would you help another agent in your office succeed if your license was not active? I am having trouble understanding why other agents wouldn't want to help other associates out? In my office that's what we do, but unfortunately I am hearing different stories about other offices. Thanks for the input.
