Hi, I'm Brad Manor, the founder of Manor Home Inspection Inc. Simply put - I look at houses for people. Those people may be buyers & sellers, investors, lenders or insurance companies. Whoever it is I am working for, I tailor my inspection and my report to meet and exceed their expectations. I also coordinate and perform Propert Condition Assessments on commercial properties.

Being a Home/Property inspector has been a very rewarding career for me, and I am very thankful for the community of Windsor and the surrounding areas for putting their trust in me. It is a responsibility I don't take lightly and I continually strive to improve my service. Areas of Expertise

My area of expertise quite simply is home inspection. I am not an active contractor, I don't test for mould (and be wary of any inspector that does! Mould inspection and remediation is best left to specialists with proper training, not a 3day introductory course) I don't tell you what I think the value of the property is, and I don't tell you whether I think you should buy the property - that's your decision. If you want someone that is going to provide the absolute best inspection for the fee charged, then I am your man!

Some people think the best home inspector is a civil or structural engineer, some say architects, others feel builders or building inspectors are best suited for the job. Fact is, the best home inspector is a properly trained home inspector! All these other professions are closely related to home inpection in one way or another, but for the most part they are specialists in one particular area. Only an expeienced and educated home inspector can give you a proper evaluation of all major components and systems of the house.
