Florida Keys Real Estate Market is READY FOR CHANGE!

If you have been in the real estate business for 20+ years, like I have, you know one thing is for sure, the market changes. I've seen double digit interest rates, seller's markets, the lowest rates in 40 years and buyer's markets. One thing is for sure whatever market we are in, it will change.
You can almost feel the swell getting ready to errupt in my market. Our inventory is down almost 50% and buyers are starting to buzz that, now is the time to buy because we are likely at or near the illusive bottom of the market.

FLORIDA HOME SALES UP
Florida's existing home sales increased in March, making it the seventh month in a row that sales activity demonstrated gains in the year-to-year comparison, according to the latest housing data released by the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR).
ECONOMY
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said yesterday that he expects the recession to end later this year, and suggested that an upcoming government report could increase confidence in the nation's big banks. However, he predicts the recovery will be slow.
