What a better way to inspire a future Tiger Woods than to spend the summer at the Desert Mountain Golf Club? The camps run throughout the summer from 8:30-1:30 every day. Children of Desert Mountain members, ages 5 and older, are welcome to join. The camp is a fun way for the kids to strengthen their golf or tennis game with professional instruction in a fun setting. Golf camp includes instruction on full swing, short game, putting, rules and etiquette. Tennis camp including the basics including forehands, backhands, volleys and serves.

The full Deferred Equity Golf Membership for the Desert Mountain Golf Club is $325,000. Many properties will include the membership with the home. As Desert Mountain specialists, we can help you determine exactly which properties include a membership, type of membership and all transfer fees.

If the membership is not included with the home, memberships are available for purchase directly from the Desert Mountain Club.

2. Is there a transfer fee for the Desert Mountain Golf Membership?

Yes. The transfer fee for the golf membership is $65,000 and must be paid directly to the Desert Mountain Club at close of escrow.

3. What are the monthly dues for the Desert Mountain Golf Club?

$809/month.
