My background as a retired Homebuilder, allows me to help first time buyers,build on your lot buyers in selecting a builder in your area, and the advice sellers need for marketing their homes. We offer staging, help with referrals for repairs, relocations, and much more. I have been involved in all aspects of the Homebuilding venue for over thirty years. Communication on a timely basis is very important to me. I work with investors, short sales, Commercial Properties for sale or lease.

I look at new listings every day. As you become my client you will have access to this information as buyers looking in your price range and customized to your search criterior. I have active lists of buyers, and as sellers I will direct the qualified buyer to your home. I wll help buyers and renters to be pre-qualified so you will be ready to take advantage of the properties as they come on the market. Together we decide your pace and timeline.
