With lots of help from friends and family we gutted the home and replaced the old with new. It was an awesome experiance and I can't wait to do it again. I liked the whole process of getting dirty and working hard. The finally out come is very eye opening. I also have taking a blue print course to further help with site work and new construction. Would rather rehab an exsiting home but who knows I may want to build a home one day!
