Buying Palm Beach Gardens Luxury Real Estate - PGA National

When people think of Palm Beach Gardens and the luxury real estate that it offers, the conversation always seems to swing to a group of communities right in the middle of town:

- PGA National

- Mirasol

- Old Palm

- BallenIsles

- Steeplechase

Each of the areas has it's strengths and the types of property available vary quite a bit.

Today I'm going to feature PGA National.

PGA National is the largest of the Golf / Country Clubs in the area with roughly 4900 units. Condos, Townhomes AND Single Family Homes are available giving a potential Buyer a huge range of options.

Currently there are 256 properties listed for sale. These range from $79,900 all the way up to $1,390,000.

Above and beyond the selection of homes, PGA National does NOT insist that Homeowners purchase Club Memberships. All of the other areas do.

However if you do want to become a member of the Club, the prices are extremely reasonable - and if you purchase the membership within 30 days of closing, the cost is even lower.

If you are a serious golfer, this is the place to be. Members have access to 5 18-hole courses. Four are on property with the 5th a few miles West on Northlake Boulevard. And for those of you that might need some help with your game there's the Dave Pelz Scoring Game School, The David Leadbetter Golf Academy and The Hot Stix Performance Center.

In addition to all of this you have the Resort and Spa, The Honda Classic, several fantastic restaurants, the Fitness Center, Tennis Facility and on and on....

The Best of Palm Beach Gardens Luxury Real Estate - Mirasol Open Houses

Mirasol is one of the most highly regarded communities in Palm Beach Gardens. The homes alone are worth the reputation - but when you add in all of the ammenities you have a package that can't be beat.

"Mirasol's club facilities consist of approximately 70,000 square feet under roof and include: 36 holes of championship golf-the "Sunset" course designed by Arthur Hills and the "Sunrise" course designed by Tom Fazio Golf, practice facilities consisting of a driving range, short game practice area, practice putting area, and a golf instructional building. A Grand Clubhouse with golf pro shop, locker room facilities, card rooms, dining room, and steam rooms, 15 tennis courts, tennis pro shop, and junior Olympic size swimming pool."

Today - 12/14/08 - Leibowitz Realty will be hosting 10 Open Houses in Mirasol.

The best route to take to see them all would be to enter Mirasol at it's eastern entrance off of Jog Road.

When you get to the guard gate just tell them that you're there for the Leibowitz tour and they'll provide you with a map to all of the properties.

Palm Beach Gardens Mortgage Availability-

If you are looking for a loan to purchase - or refinance - real estate in Palm Beach Gardens, the good news is that money

IS

available.

Potential Clients that have good credit, income and adequate assets should not be worried that they can't get a mortgage - although that is what the media is so fond of pushing!

What IS gone (and hopefully won't be back anytime soon) is all of the sub-prime garbage. To sum up the whole 'sub-prime' thing, money was lent to people that were very large risks - the banks were basically hoping for better results.

That probably sounds rough - but all you have to do is look at the mess caused by these extreme financing situations and you'll see what I mean.

The ridiculous stuff is gone and never should have been offered in the first place.
