How much can I get? When do I get it? Do I have to pay it back? Some of the many questions that buyers are having with what the government is going to do to kick start the economy and the housing market. With so much being up in the air, why not give a Realtor a call to get some answers to these and other questions that have been bugging you.
Interesting statistics for September 2008. For the Stow/Falls area, 31 more homes sold in September of this year vs. 2007...A 31% increase! Inventory is down. Months of inventory is down to 7 months at the current sales levels. Although the average price is down from a year ago, there has been a gradual increase there over the last 2-3 months. So...not all the news is bad. I have 7 agents (clarifying - not new) who have made more money this year than last! What's up with that?
