Green Hills, West End/Vandy Area, Hillsboro Village are you a part of Nashville or Boston?

Just recently I heard that Nashville is at the top when you look at institutions of higher learning per capita. It is no surprise when you consider that Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Lipscomb University all sit within 3 miles of each other creating what some consider "The Triangle." Of course, add in other colleges such as Trevecca, Nashville Tech, TSU, Draughn, Freewill Baptist, Vol State, Aquinas, Watkins, Columbia State, MTSU and more to the list and you soon realize that the Nashville area is flooded with institutions for Higher Learning. Nashville is definitely not a "Southern City" that some might classify as Red Neck, but rather a city of culturally diverse and educated citizens. No wonder so many businesses are attracted to relocating to our grand city. With the cost of living considered low to moderate, an attractive climate, beautiful lakes and countryside within an hours distance and the Country Music business being an attraction, Nashville is a great place to live work and play.

The economy in Nashville is projected to continue to grow at a good pace over the next 10 years with businesses continuing to relocate to the city and its surrounding counties.

Homes located within "the Triangle" should continue to appreciate well as this area of our city is always in high demand. Besides being located in an area which is in walking distance of major shopping and restaurants, it is also considered "mid town" living for anyone facing a commute thereby basicaly nullifying your driving time. There is also a certain energy you find in this part of the city find the shops, restaurants, parks and artists that live within.
