The Kansas City Mounted Police Patrol on Nichols Road, Country Club Plaza, Kansas City, MO. 21 July 2009 Seen as we were heading out for Agent Tour this Tuesday.
Agent Tour for South of the River happens every Tuesday. This is when Real Estate Agents and Brokers tour the new listings in the Kansas City Areas. The tour lasts from 10am until 2pm. We see as many listings as we can in that time and give our opinions of price and condition on each home. We also make suggestions to the listing agent for anything that would make the home show better or give it better curb appeal.

South Kansas City Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Day is Saturday 29 August from 8am - 12noon at Hale Cook School (73rd & Washington).
The following items will be accepted:
Antifreeze, Oil, Car batteries, Household batteries, Paint, Paint Thinner, Stain, Tires, Leaves & Brush.
A shredder truck will be on site from 9am - 11am ONLY so bring your confidential documents for shredding.
The event is for KCMO residents and participating communities: ID required.
Residences only; no businesses.
There is a 300 car limit, so come early.

Oak Meyer Gardens is one of the subdivisions developed by JC Nichols, mastermind of the Country Club Plaza. Many of the Brookside neighborhoods were planned by Nichols who had an eye for aesthetically pleasing surroundings that is still appreciated by homeowners today.
