This is a great site for searching the details on a property you might be interested in. You can search by owner name, by street address, by subdivision name, to name just a few. You can also see permit history to make sure additions or the house itself was built with permits-yes there are some additions and homes built without permits. You can also see sales history which is very useful as well.

I have over 20 years experience working in the real estate and commercial construction fields, so becoming a realtor was a natural. I am a former accountant turned realtor and am accustomed to paying great attention to details. In buying or selling a home, there are many details to attend to and I have earned a reputation of integrity, hard work, and results. My education and background enable me to see things from a different perspective. I am more than just your average realtor-I have an MBA degree and obtained my GRI designation in April 2007. I am book and street smart, multi-lingual, and particularly enjoy working with international clients.

Residential real estate sales-I love meeting new people and helping them buy or sell a home or land. I specialize mainly in Bend and Redmond, but my business has also taken me to Lapine, Sunriver, Three Rivers South, Gilchrist, Christmas Valley, Madras, and Prineville. I also do accounting work, quite a bit of which is property management accounting and my financial background comes in very handy when working with investors.
