Currently there are 63 single family homes on the market in Medway. The houses have an average list price of $524,144 and an average market time of 194 days. There are 10 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 9 properties listing for $800,000 or more, four of which are new construction to be built.

There are 8 new properties on the market this week, not including a property that just re-entered the market after being taken off in February. The first is a 9 room 4 bedroom 2.5 bath colonial on Kings Lane. The next is a 9 room, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath split entry on Coffee Street. Another is an 8 room 4 bedroom colonial on popular Kimberly Drive. There is an 8 room 3 bed 2 bath colonial on Guernsey Street for $319,000. There is a 9 room 4 bed 4 full, 2 half bath colonial on Broken Tree Road. Another is an 8 room room 4 bed colonial on Henry Street. New to the market also is an 11 room, 4 bed, 2.5 bath colonial on Fairway Lane. And finally there is a 13 room 4 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bath colonial on Cedar Farm Road for $729,900. I will be previewing the Cedar Farm Road property this morning which I expect is a lovely property.

Three single family homes went under agreement in the last week. They were on Sanderson Street, Coffee Street and Cedar Farms Road. Two properties in Medway are flagged to go under agreement soon - one on Fisher Street and another on Winterberry Lane.

Two single family homes sold this past week in Medway. The first was a 6 room colonial on North Street which sold for $147,619. The other was an 8 room, 3 bedroom raised ranch on Beatrice Lane which sold for $259,000.

There are currently 14 condos on the market, four of which are new construction at Pine Ridge Drive. The condo average list price is $304,936 with an average price per square foot of $871. Average time on market is 170 days. Two new condo listings came on the market this past week. One is on Village Street for $327,000 and one on Heritage Drive for $179,900.

There is one multi-family on the market in Medway. It is a 4-unit property on Broad Street for $339,900. The average list price is $339,900 with an average market time of 389 days. The antique two-family property on Milford Street sold this past week for $75,000.
