Over 40 agents attended a broker open house today at The Woodlands in Falmouth. Thank you to all that participated. It was a great opportunity to showcase all of our fine homes in the exclusive Woodlands Country Club community. How did we get them to come? We offered $$$$$ - each listing agent contributed $25 - there were 11 properties open and one lucky person went home with $275 and learned a lot about the inventory. WIn - Win - One of the great things that I love about the spirit of cooperation in our Realtor community.
