About Marilynn

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, I have the insight and expertise to help you achieve your goals-whether you are buying or selling a residential, investment property and mobile home parks.

I have had the opportunity to work in many diverse areas of the real estate industry. I partnered and owned O'Brien Realtors in Ridgewood, New Jersey, and O'Brien Realtors in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Each of our offices had a minium of 25 realtor sales associates.

During this exciting time , I was a partner in a construction company that specialized in building single-family homes and town homes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. At this time I had the opportunity to interface with engineers, attorneys, and architects. I participated in arranging for financing and the development of our properties. Some of my other responsibilites were attending town planning board meetings. I was involved with the daily overseeing of work at the construction sites.

In Wellesley, Massachuttes, I held the position of property manager at Haynes Management Company. During my tenure with the firm, I managed more than two million square feet of office space. I redesigned the front office space.

After my move to the sunny state of Florida, I joined Keller Williams Realty of the Palm Beaches and have taken the residential experience I have developed from past endeavors and brought this knowledge and expertise to share with my clients to help them with their buying and selling needs in today's real estate market.
