TREPAC Leadership Training Reception.  I needed earrings, so my new friend who broker in Round Rock went on a search to find me some earrings.  He did good!

I just had to feature them in a flip video exposee.  Sometimes silly is good.  It made me giggle. Life gets so intense and busy, I think it's important and I guess necessary for me, to juyst be silly.  Enjoy this incredible 15 second video.  You won't be sorry!  It is gripping video.

TREPAC--Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee had their leadership trainign in Austin on Oct 14-15, 2009.  On the first day, attendees had the opportunity to have lunch with Governor Rick Perry.  I played "reporter" afterwards.  I didn't get the audio, but you can see hime talking.  I had fun holding my Flip camera and getting in the reporter crowd.  I think I might have a little of that in my blood.  It was kind of exciting.

This year I am serving as the TREPAC Chair for the Huntsville Board of Realtors.  I had a great time networking with other Realtors in the same position as well as various trustees with much experience raising funds for TREPAC.

The most important message about TREPAC is this.  It is not advantageous to look at giving a minimum of your "fair share" as an option.  All of us need to pull our weight and do our part.  Each year, this organization saves us many, many dollars as Realtors.  But more importantly, they work to protect the rights of Property Owners.
