I just sold this 4 bedroom Joseph Eichler built home located in Terra Linda (San Rafael California).I represented the sellers of 25 Bolanos Road, San Rafael CA and the sale price was $730,000.
In addition to this recent sale, I've also recently sold two other Eichler homes, one in Terra Linda and one in Lucas Valley. I also have three other Eichler listings right now, 2 of which are currently in contract.
If you follow my blog, you'll note that buyer activity has picked up quite a bit since I published my last Eichler Homes Market Report, which summarized market activity during the first quarter of 2009. "Kaya" has just joined us at 8 weeks. While we don't anticipate her obtaining her RE license, she does plan on obtaining a license from the County and we are confident that she will make valuable contributions to the family, our dog-loving clients, and more.
She is a Japanese Akita that is new to our family. We previously had an Akita and are excited to have a new addition which should bring joy and love to our family and all who meet her.
At 8 weeks old, she's currently a small package however we know that this is likely to change quickly (our previous Akita tipped the scales at around 135 lbs). Obviously a short opportunity to fully embrace her if you are into lap dogs!
